For nearly fifteen years, supporting others has been at the heart of my professional practice.
As a coach, trainer, change facilitator, yoga therapist, and yoga teacher, I work both within organizations and in my private practice, offering individual support.
I help people navigate periods of transition, whether personal or professional, with greater clarity, balance, and coherence.
Exploring the mental patterns that shape life choices, while engaging the body’s intelligence through accessible practices.
Personalized practices, including postures, conscious breathing, visualizations, and positive affirmations, designed to regulate the nervous system, promote calm, and sustainably support the process of transformation.

My approach is rooted in a holistic vision of the human being, in which the body is composed of five layers in constant interaction: physical, emotional and mental, energetic, intuitive, and spiritual (meaning).
The process of transformation takes root in one or several of these dimensions.
Each session becomes a space for reclaiming oneself and reconnecting with the body, where its different dimensions gradually learn to collaborate again.
We learn to listen to and decode the body’s many signals, which often reveal essential needs.

In 2020, breast cancer profoundly disrupted my life.
This experience inspired me to share my journey and to transform this difficult path into a source of inspiration for others. This is how Planète Cancer was born, a luminous book illustrated by Giulia Gallino, designed to turn the experience of illness into a true path of resilience.
In this book, I offer 101 reflections, weaving together testimonies from caregivers and patients, practical insights, and different perspectives to help make sense of the illness and reclaim one’s power to act. Through sensitive words and inspiring images, Planète Cancer opens doors to greater understanding, calm, and hope.
My wish is that every reader may find concrete support within its pages and a space to reconnect with their inner strength during difficult moments in life (illness, depression, burnout).
Above all, this book speaks about periods of vulnerability and how we can draw upon the resources that already exist within us.
